- Check-in is at 3pm, and checkout is at 11am. If you want to guarantee check-in as early as 9am, or guaranteed checkout as late as 5pm, please add a note with your booking request. We can make a special request to the cleaners, and if they are able to accommodate, we can guarantee for an additional charge of $25 for an early or late booking ($50 for both). - For maximum enjoyment of the property and amenities we request a 10 minute check-in to talk you through all amenities - this will be via FaceTime or in person. - Guests will keep property and furnishings in good order and only use appliances for intended uses. - Babies OK with supervision but apartment is not child proofed. - No smoking or vaping allowed in the apartment including e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc. You are welcome to smoke anything outside of the apartment. - 6 to 7 Guests preferred. Fold out sofa bed in living area enables up to 8 guests (please let us know in advance if you will have more than 4 guests so we can provide extra towels). - Small pets allowed - but please discuss with us in advance as there are a lot of birds and other wildlife around. If your pet(s) are over 12 pounds in weight especially in colder months of year, please contact us first, so we can confirm property will be suitable. - People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight and agreed occupancy limit must not be exceeded. - Any other person on the property visiting the guest is the sole responsibility of the guest. - Excessive noise not allowed between 10pm - 8am. - Owners not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur and are not responsible for loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By booking a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. - No daily housekeeping although this can be arranged by request for an additional fee. - No children under the age of 12 to use the hot tub or dock without adult supervision. - We recommend a car for maximum enjoyment of the vicinity. Easy access to I90, I405 and SR520. Downtown Bellevue about 10 mins, Seattle about 20-40 depending on rush hour and events. - Please note the apartment is shared with a private home upstairs. The apartment itself, patio outside the apartment (including hot tub and fire pit) are for your exclusive use. Other areas such as the storage area below the hot tub are not part of the AirBnb Property. You also are welcome to use the path down to the lake and the dock on the lake but these areas are not exclusive to the AirBnb.

We can be contacted by phone or text at any time. Full access to lower floor which has separate entrance down the side of the house from main house. The apartment is totally self-contained. You have full, non exclusive access to the garden (only shared in summer), dock, beach and water including 2 place unsinkable kayaks plus water bikes available for guests free of charge. Depending on our availability, we may take you on a lake tour/boat ride (if we are available, have time and weather permitting) as well as Seaplane spotting - host is a commercial seaplane pilot.
