Wake up to sunrise over Lake Sammamish in this private, 1,650 sq ft lakefront apartment: the entire lower floor of our waterfront home, with its own separate entrance. It sleeps 4. There are two bedrooms: a King primary suite with private ensuite and a full washer and dryer and a second King bedroom plus a second full bath. The brand-new kitchen (2023) has a full oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. Step outside to your private patio with hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining table and BBQ. In the cooler months, relax in the hot tub with misty lake views and watch bald eagles dive for fish. A garden path leads down to the dock and the lake. Stay on your fitness routine with a Peloton bike, weights and a covered gym with Life Fitness treadmill, elliptical and bike. You'll need your own Peloton membership, and we're happy to help you set up a short-term one. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The living room TV has live TV plus virtually every movie and series you could search for, and the bedroom TVs are smart TVs. The apartment is fully self-contained. The upstairs is a separate residence, which is occupied part-time, and we're always reachable by phone or text. Tesla wall charger on site (80A; other EVs need a Tesla/NACS adapter). Crossroads Shopping Center is 5 minutes away, downtown Bellevue about 10, and Sea-Tac 25–35. Monthly stays welcome.

House Rules

- Maximum 4 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and any visitors are the responsibility of the guest. - Babies welcome with supervision, but the apartment isn't childproofed. A Pack 'n Play is available. - No children under 12 in the hot tub or on the dock without adult supervision. - Small pets allowed, but please discuss with us in advance as there are a lot of birds and other wildlife around. If your pet is over 20 pounds, especially in the colder months, please contact us first so we can confirm the property will be suitable. - No smoking or vaping in the apartment, including e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc. Smoking is welcome outdoors, away from the patio and hot tub. - No excessive noise between 10pm and 8am. - No daily housekeeping, although this can be arranged on request for an additional fee. - The apartment is the fully self-contained lower floor of our home, with its own private entrance. The upstairs is a separate residence. The apartment itself and the patio outside it (including the hot tub and fire pit) are for your exclusive use. Other areas, such as the storage area below the hot tub, are not part of the rental property. You're also welcome to use the path down to the lake and the dock, but these areas are not exclusive to your rental. - Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur, or for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. By booking a reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or the use of the premises by others they invite.

Neighborhood

Quiet, residential lakefront setting on Lake Sammamish, yet only minutes from everything. Crossroads Shopping Center (QFC, cinema and restaurants) is 5 minutes away, and Redmond's Bella Bottega also has a cinema and restaurants. Downtown Bellevue and Bellevue Square, a large mall with Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Macy's and many more shops, are about 10 minutes away. Nearby gyms include Pro Club and Crunch Fitness in Bellevue, 24 Hour Fitness in Redmond, and Club Pilates studios in Bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland. Snoqualmie Pass skiing is 45-60 minutes away.

Guest Access

The entire lower floor is yours: a fully self-contained apartment with its own private entrance, reached by outdoor stairs down the side of the house. The upstairs is a separate residence. You're welcome to enjoy the garden, the dock and the lake, and kayaks and water bikes are free for guests from May to September. We're always reachable by phone or text.

Find us

A car is recommended, although Uber and Lyft also work well. Downtown Bellevue is about 10 minutes away, Seattle 20-40 minutes depending on traffic, and Sea-Tac Airport 25-35 minutes. Microsoft and Overlake Hospital are each about 4 miles away, and Google's Kirkland campus is about 15 minutes. Easy access to I-90, I-405 and SR-520. Free parking for 2 vehicles and a Tesla wall charger (80A); other EVs need a Tesla/NACS adapter.
